Is Rome, GA QB Knox Kadum set to Join the 2019 LSU Recruiting Class?

With Coach Orgeron Recently mentioning LSU would like to sign another QB for the 2019 Class, who will that person be? I spoke with 2019 QB Knox Kadum of Rome, GA as signs are starting to point in the direction of Kadum being that guy.

Kadum who's eligible to enroll early in January has heard from LSU almost daily. The communication hasn't stopped says kadum, even with LSU signing QB Peter Parish earlier in the year. Kadum mentioned the connection with coach Ensminger being tremendous and has enjoyed his relationship with coach E throughout his recruitment. He's been the most honest coach I have dealt with in this process from the beginning said kadum.

When asked if the offer was to come from LSU where would you place them on your list of schools."I would commit on the spot if I received an offer from LSU."

LSU hasn't been the only school in contact with Kadum recently, he hears from Virginia Tech, Indiana and Michigan State regularly. He also holds offers from the likes of Akron, Eastern Kentucky and Tulane to name a few.

The 6'2 185 QB is well aware he needs to add some weight to play in the SEC and has been doing just that. Since camping at LSU this summer, he's added 15 pounds and expects to put on another 10 -15 before January. Kadum mentioned Footwork as something he's working on to improve but considers his pocket presence and ability to throw the deep pass strengths he possesses.

Keep a close eye on Kadums recruitment over the next few weeks as things are starting to trend toward a possible LSU offer.
